We actively embrace the development of our processes and continuous improvement as pillars of services delivered right. We strive to always improve the service delivery to the satisfaction of our clients that is representative of our desire to be the local content energy company of choice.

Sirius aims to achieve this by:

Quality is the responsibility of all of us across Sirius and will not only reflect in what we deliver but also how we deliver it. We will ensure that we provide training and all other available means to help our people to achieve the standards we ascribe to. Though this may not always be possible, we are committed to corrective action that works in line with our customer promise and results in desired improvement.

The policy, organizational structure and procedure necessary to achieve these standards are described in our Quality Management System. Our Quality Manager is over-all responsible for monitoring Sirius’ quality system and reports regularly to the Managing Director on the its implementation, status and effectiveness.

Our objectives are set out in the Sirius Project Logistics Business Plan. Objectives for individual jobs are to carry out our business activities to the satisfaction of the client and in accordance with each contract as agreed with our clients. Our Quality Policy is subject to regular review in line with the development of our strategy and business plan.
