Diversity Equity & Inclusion Policy Sirius Project Logistics aims to ensure a great working environment through diversity, equity and inclusion of our people and partners, in our day-to-day business. Fostering the right behaviours and demonstrating integrity in this respect throughout the organization is recognized as a fundamental characteristic of how we want to be perceived. This policy will apply not only to how we conduct day to day business, but also to our recruitment, training, relationships, performance management and leadership development.

We intend to delivery on this policy by being actively transparent on our workplan, actions and metrics towards these aims. This includes implementing strategies that promote diversity and inclusion for both our people and business partners, with our management leadership accountable for this delivery.
