Benedict is a civil engineer with expertise in road and pavement design, rehabilitation and maintenance, road safety auditing and design, structural design and supervision, industrial steel infrastructure development, construction cost estimation and project management.

His most recent notable experience includes pavement maintenance and road safety interventions of 70km bitumen standard Kajiado-Imaroro-Mashuru Road (B52), in Kajiado County, for Stecol Corporation; design and supervision of a “natural gas” service station for Otogas Energy; design and supervision of an army base fuel storage industrial structure for the Ministry of Defense, Kenya.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), a Strategic Management certification from European Business University (EBU) of Luxembourg, and a Performance Based Contracting certification from Kenya Institute of Highway and Building Technology. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and as a Road Safety Auditor, Team Leader by International Road Federation (IRF).
