Enjoys wealth of experience in transport logistics and supply chain management spanning nearly two decades at Vestas, Schlumberger, DHL Supply Chain and TotalEnergies in various capacities.

His most recent and notable achievement has been the safe and timely delivery of all components used in the installation of 365 wind turbines making up Africa’s largest wind farm, near Lake Turkana between 2016 and 2017. During this period, he oversaw all end-to-end transport logistics and customs compliance activities as well as control of the transport logistics budget in-country.

Prior to Lake Turkana and involvement in other Vestas wind farm construction projects in Kenya, France and Senegal, Albert was instrumental in the design and execution of Schlumberger Oilfield Services logistics plan for the provision of oilfield services to various Oil & Gas operators in Kenya between 2013 and 2015. He led the logistics team in the delivery of port to site oilfield equipment for Well Cementing Services, Wireline, Artificial Lifting Services, Testing, Drilling Tools & Remedial, Drilling & Measurements, MI SWACO, Well Interventions and Geo-Services – segments all contracted by Tullow Oil. He managed the delivery of similar service to Africa Oil, Lion Petroleum, Anadarko, and the BG Group.

Most recently, Albert has provided logistics consultancy and advisory support for wind project development in Kenya for Fortescue Future Industries, AMEA Power, Vestas and Elicio BV, working closely with their development teams in establishing the right planning framework for the safe, viable and timely delivery of wind turbine components and plant for their respective projects.

He is an Arts graduate of the University of Nairobi and completed post-graduate studies in Operations and Supply Chain Management at the University of Liverpool.
